Accommodation at Croft House Cottages
There are two other holiday cottages located across the courtyard, to the front of the property.
These properties are completely self contained and the guests of which do not have any access to the swimming pool or Croft House Gardens, so your privacy is assured.
To the front of Croft House, lies a gravelled, fully lit courtyard providing off road secure parking for up to 4 cars.
Please note the owner and housekeeper's accommodation is discreetly attached to the side of the property and you can rest assured that your complete privacy is respected at all times.
To the rear of the swimming pool building sits a Cedar Clad Pod which is a separate, private entity.

THIS PROPERTY IS PREDOMINANTLY AVAILABLE DURING WARWICKSHIRE SCHOOL HOLIDAY DATES FOR A MINIMUM RENTAL OF 7 NIGHTS. OTHER SEVEN NIGHT LETS WITHOUT POOL USE MAY BE AVAILABLE ON APPLICATION.
PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE FOR SHORTER STAYS AS WE DO NOT OFFER THEM.
20% of the rental fee is due when booking and the balance is due six weeks before your stay. Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. Apologies, but we do not accept visa or master card. The Housekeeper maintains the pool every evening at 8pm.
